S1000D - Dataset Anonmyizer

When dealing with export controls, ITAR or commercial confidentiality, it is sometimes difficult, if not impossible, to share any output with an "external team" who might be responsible for customising the layout of your S1000D PDF deliverable.
We are currently reviewing the idea of allowing the S1000D Publishing Team to create an anonymized deliverable:
S1000D - Anonymized Deliverable
The PDF deliverable and source XML (all of it anonymized) could then be pass to the "external team" as part of a Support Package.
This would allow them to see the XML source as well as review the current PDF layout without seeing any of the technical content.
We also tried to pick an anonymizing method which retained the original size of words, paragraphs, lists etc ... so:
- all UPPERCASE letters are replaced with an UPPERCASE "X"
- all lowercase letters are replaced with a lowercase "x"
- all numbers are replaced with a "0"
- So "01 - Hello WORLD" becomes "00 - Xxxxx XXXXX"
