While developing and testing things like "CIR-dependent" Data Modules, we often need to build a publication to check and review the CIR linked output.
We wanted a method to quickly build an entire S1000D Publication, but we also needed a simple way to adjust the build parameters to handle a different version of Apache FOP or to adjust the PDF/A or PDF/UA output settings.
We opted for a simple BAT file!
You don’t get a progress bar but in a little under 40 seconds you get a complete 466 page PDF for review.
